Very clean.
I can’t recommend this place enough! The kids had a great time and it is a perfect location within walking distance. The condo was just what we needed and it is well thought out. Thanks Adam for being so helpful with everything!
seriously it's okay. the pool is very very very very very veryvery very small for those house. come on now!! have ton of houses and that small indoorpool. I don't have fun in the pool with my kids cause it was always full

Thanks Luki, sorry to hear you had a negative experience. I am very caught off guard by this review as it seemed like your party was having a good time when I saw you in the pool multiple times where you had it to yourselves for half of your stay. I wish you would have said something about your experience when we walked you through the rec center and showed you around. You seemed quite pleased with all of it.
I do everything I can to maintain accuracy of listings including square footage and 3D walkthroughs so that guests aren’t surprised on arrival.
Checkout instructions are in the guidebook and on the fridge as was explained. We like guests to follow the checkout instructions but also are ok if you aren’t able to follow those instructions as well.

The townhouse is perfect! It was very clean and had many things to accommodate our stay. The pool was a blast and the home is in a great location!
The place is amazing. High end beds, furniture, etc… VR headset was a hit with the kiddos. Pool was also amazing. Walking distance to food and entertainment. Definitely worth the money.
Adam’s place was absolutely amazing!! It really was “luxury” as described in the listing… very well decorated, kitchen was well stocked, and nice flatscreens in every room! There was plenty of space. We especially loved the ping pong table/pool table and outdoor community pool! The kids room was AWESOME, complete with nightlights, blackout curtains, and a built in playhouse! The back patio was a hit as well. It is located in the perfect location. We walked to the beach and to some of our favorite restaurants. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Very well taken care of and had all the amenities you'd expect. Kids loved the pool more than the lake and beach. super fun, no issues with sleeping 5 kids, and plenty of room for the adults to hang out after kids go to bed. Awesome location by all the good places to eat. Would recommend if you're looking to visit Bear Lake or use it as a home base for another adventure.
Great location in Garden city. Close enough to walk to all the best restaurants. It was great to have the pool and splash pad close by and accessible
