Townhome 9 at Waterdance in the center of Garden City. Stay warm all winter long with the year-round indoor pool/spa with pickleball, playground, ping pong and more. Heated outdoor pool(May-Sept). Close to pools, beaches, restaurants, and shops! Townhome 9 at Waterdance is part of the building C fourplex. It sleeps 12 in 3 bedrooms with all three bedrooms on the second floor all with full en suite bathroom. The main floor has one queen murphy bed in the main living room.

Three full size kitchens with 16 bedrooms and 16 Baths for 70 guests, perfect for large groups under one roof. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach as well as access to the community pool(May-Sept). Waterdance Triplex E consists of units 15, 16, and 17 and sleeps 70 in 16 bedrooms. This is for three units which can be booked separate if needed. Units 15 & 17 on either end sleep 16 each and unit 16 in the middle sleeps 38.

New Townhome 23 at Waterdance sleeps 16, 4 Bed, 4.5 Bath with access to the community pool(May-Sept) and year-round indoor pool & recreation center with pickleball, playground, more! Can be combined with G, 24 to sleep 32. Both units are identical. Close to pools, beaches, restaurants, and shops with year-round access to the indoor pool/spa and Summer access to the outdoor pool!
