The Aquamarine unit is the south unit in the triplex. It is fully furnished and sleeps 26 in a 3330 sq ft unit. 6 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, patio with fire pit, and 2 large great rooms. Can be combined with Blue Topaz Unit.
Waterdance Bear Lake is located in the center of Garden City, Utah. Stay warm all winter long with the year-round indoor pool/spa with pickleball, playground, ping pong and more. Heated outdoor pool access open Memorial Day-Labor Day. Close to pools, beaches, restaurants, and shops, with easy access to trails leading to mountains.
The Aquamarine unit is the south unit in the triplex. It is fully furnished and sleeps 26 in a 3330 square foot unit. The entire home can be rented together for a discount on the cleaning fee and nightly rate. It is attached to the Blue Topaz unit off of the main floor kitchens through two doors. All three homes (Aquamarine, Blue Topaz, and Cobalt) within the larger home have their own fire pit and grill (gas is provided), but share a large grass area out back. The kitchens are well stocked with cookware. They are stocked with most basic cookware and kitchen appliances. If you are not sure if we have it, it is best to ask or bring it from home if possible.
We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.
We do not allow pets in this home.

All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of check in will incur the entire cost of the stay. All cancellations must be made by email at waterdance@bearlake.com.

Our family of 21 had plenty of space and plenty of activities to do at this Bear Lake location.
The location is so convenient. It was a short walk to the Main Street and to the beach itself. There were so many awesome supplies in the unit itself, too. We brought a lot of utensils and stuff for cooking, but we didn’t need any of them, which was so nice. The property is beautiful, too. We had a great stay.
Great place to stay with a big group!
The property was just as advertised. The level of detail that went into the design and comfort for this home is top-notch! There is enough space to stretch out to write (which is why my group selected this house), and even more room for people to sleep and feel comfortable.
More importantly, the kitchen was the PERFECT size for multiple chefs to move around and partake in collaborative cooking. This is a great home for family reunions or small business trips such as ours as space wasn't an issue (including parking).
Since we stayed during the winter, we didn't get to partake in the outdoor summer amenities, but the area was great for snowshoeing!
Lastly, Adam was very quick to respond and was available to assist at a moment's notice with any issue we had. The house was well maintained and we made sure to leave it as such, and I hope others get the chance to have a similar experience as we did.

Great host and great accommodations!
Our stay was wonderful. There was plenty of room for our large group. Each family had a room of their own. There was plenty of space for the kids to play. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was convenient. When I called to ask a few questions before we came the manager was very helpful. We are talking about coming to stay at your beautiful cabin sometime during the summer. Thank you from the Holmgren’s!
A beautiful home. It housed our large group and we were able to all be together with enough space to still be able to have space alone when you needed it. The pool was fantastic. The home had everything we available for cooking. We would certainly stay there again.
