Townhome 10 at Waterdance, great location in the center of Garden City, close to beach and restaurants with outdoor pool (Memorial-Labor Day) and year-round indoor rec center with indoor pool and spa, pickleball, conference center, ping pong and more
Townhome 10 at Waterdance is part of the building C fourplex. It sleeps 12 in 3 bedrooms with all three bedrooms on the second floor all with full en suite bathroom. The main floor has one queen murphy bed in the main living room.
All rentals have access to our heated outdoor pool open Memorial Day-Labor Day and year-round indoor recreation center which includes pool and spa, three pickleball courts, ping pong, playground, conference room, and more.
There are three bedrooms on the second floor with full en suite bathroom.

Each condo has a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each condo has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked in the condo such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans.
We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.
We do not allow pets in this home.

All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of check in will incur the entire cost of the stay. All cancellations must be made by email at waterdance@bearlake.com.

We were impressed that each bedroom had its own bath, fireplace and television.
I didn't realize that it was a townhome instead of a house so I was confused by the photo of the pool and hot tub. Our GPS's had a hard time finding it but was so worth it. Their amenities were amazing and helped us really enjoy our trip. A few extra blankets are the only suggestion I could make. This was a fabulous place to stay at Bear Lake!
This our second time staying here. We love this house! It’s extremely clean, with lots of amenities and a perfect place for our family to gather together. It’s close and within walking distance to downtown area. Looking forward to another stay there if possible.
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean townhome.
The kitchen was well stocked and I especially appreciated how everything was labeled and organized. The pools and clubhouse were beautiful and we also loved all the grassy areas.

This property was perfect for our weekend stay, close to town and had a great pool and grass area for our family to play. The host was amazing, checked in with me right away every time I messaged him and was flexible and helpful. Hope was can stay here again!

Very nice place to stay. Great floor plan, loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. The home was very clean and the large kitchen worked perfect for us. The kids loved the pool, will definitely stay there again.

We loved the condo, plus the whole facility! It was clean and comfortable. The pool was fun and the location was great. We walked to the restaurants, bike rentals and more. We would go back!

The place is amazing. Its super close to town so you can walk to everything! The pool is perfect for families! We will definitely return to this location!
Very well taken care of and had all the amenities you'd expect. Kids loved the pool more than the lake and beach. super fun, no issues with sleeping 5 kids, and plenty of room for the adults to hang out after kids go to bed. Awesome location by all the good places to eat. Would recommend if you're looking to visit Bear Lake or use it as a home base for another adventure.
