C, Townhome 8 – Sleeps 12 Toggle favorite

Check in was easy and location was good, about half a mile walk to restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately it seems this area attracts some unsavory characters. Multiple other renters were excessively drunk and a fight broke out in the parking lot late at night, ending with an arrest. We did not feel safe here and will not be returning. Host was cold and unapologetic, needing a basic course in customer service.

This is the second year we've stayed for a week at Adam's Waterdance unit. We love the closeness to town, the amenities-great pool and play areas, indoor and out! We're lifelong Bear Lake visitors and are actually considering buying one of the Waterdance units after staying there.

Adam responded quickly when I had a question, the unit was super clean and beautiful, the three bedrooms with pull down bed and four bathrooms accommodated our family perfectly with enough private space, and there was enough room for games and eating both inside and out.

Add to the great accommodations, Bear Lake is wonderful! We had a great time.

Was a great place and had great pool for kids.

Enjoyed our stay very much! This condo is in a great location. On the property, it is very close (but not too close) to the clubhouse and pool. And we loved the open green space just outside the backyard patio. Off the property, there are also lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The condo itself is really well taken care of and everything is clean and in great condition. There was plenty of seating in the living room and the beds were comfortable. I do wish the pillows had been better quality. If you are a picky sleeper, I would recommend bringing your own!

I would stay here again!

It was even better than listed and that I pictured. Great location very clean, the pool and community Rec area were a huge bonus in the days the weather wasn’t ideal for beach and lake activities! Will definitely look forward to coming again!

This place is perfect! Plenty of room, very clean, comfortable beds, everyone has their own space when needed. Adam responds instantly. A bonus was to check in early--which we took advantage of. Thanks for a great time!

We truly enjoyed our time here. Very clean, great location, and wonderful amenities. It's a great size for our whole family, with plenty of room as our family grows. We're definitely planning on going again in the coming years.

Very clean, looks just like the photos so no real surprises. Adam had great, prompt communication on the day of and during our stay however I reached out earlier about some suggested water activity rentals nearby and never heard back, but we figured it out on our own. Our first night was interrupted by the fire alarm going off at 230am but Adam responded quickly and got it taken care of. Lots of dishware and utensils in the kitchen for cooking but not a lot of baking pans or much of a stocked kitchen in way of seasonings, cooking oil or sprays so we had to buy a lot of these things on our own which at the price we paid per night I was surprised to find it lacking in anything. One thing the photos don’t show is the exterior of the building and the lack of privacy as each window only has a curtain that is either open for more light or closed which made it a little dark; as each window/sliding door opens to either the parking lot or a grass field that sits next to a main road for bikers and cars; there seemed to always be someone standing right there outside the window at their car either coming or going, so not much for privacy in that way. Great insulation, our next door neighbors had a bunch of kids but you couldn’t hear them from in our unit, only when they were outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but I think it was a bit overpriced for the accommodations but it was prime summer rates so it’s understandable. Good location, was clean, nice grill, lots of towels, plenty of hot water for showers, Bluetooth “surround” sound speakers for music was nice to use.

So much fun for our family reunion. Room for everyone. The outdoor space was important to us and we were able to use the grass for some activities.

Adam was great to work with and even allowed us to check in early.

The pool is a great alternative to the lake. However, the pool is quite small for the number of condos that use it and is looks like the plan is for a lot more units.

The warm water situation for showers could be improved. For a unit that accommodates so many people, the hot water ran out in a hurry which left so.e of us showering with cold water.

Great location, walking distance to food and shopping.

The space was great. Plenty of room for my family. Kitchen is well stocked. Host was very responsive to communication and extremely accommodating.

We will stay here again with no hesitation. Spacious, bathroom for every bedroom, heated pool, volleyball, close to beach. The list goes on and on. 5 stars for sure!

Good location new apartment

Beautiful, new townhome. It was a perfect location to walk to the main attractions, Park and eating places in Garden City. We will stay again!

Very clean unit! It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. We also really liked the location of this rental. You can walk to restaurants and grocery stores. We can’t wait to go back!

It is my second time at the Water Dance resort and we love it! Everything is amazing!!!

Adam’s place was great. It had everything we needed and extra thought was giving to even the small details. The beds were very comfortable and the place was extremely clean! I would not hesitate to stay here in our next visit!

Beautiful accommodations. Enough room for everyone to be together but also have some alone time if needed. The pool was so much fun for the whole family when we were done at the lake. To was close to eating establishments and the all important raspberry shakes that our family love. We will definitely be back.

Such a nice place! It’s in a great location, is very clean and modern, and it was so helpful having so many bathrooms. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and the kids loved making s’mores each night. The shared swimming pool was a lot of fun too.
