Property Details
Fourplex at Waterdance under construction and coming summer 2021. Each condo within the building sleeps 12 with access to the community pool(May-Sept) and indoor recreation center(opening spring 2022). New photos will be added as condos are completed
Azure Fourplex unit at Waterdance will be completed approximately June of 2021. Each unit sleeps 12 in 3 bedrooms. There are three bedrooms on the second floor with full en suite bathroom. The main floor has one queen murphy bed in the main living room.
All rentals have access to our outdoor pool(open Mid May-Mid September) and indoor recreation center(coming 2022).
Each condo has a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each condo has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked in the condo such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans.
We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.
We do not allow pets in this home.

All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of check in will incur the entire cost of the stay. All cancellations must be made by email at waterdance@bearlake.com.

All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The cancellation policy applies to all bookings and if cancelled within 30 days of check in the credit card on file will be charged for the remaining 50% balance.
