Townhome 12 at Waterdance, excellent location in the center of Garden City, close to beach and restaurants with outdoor pool access(Memorial-Labor Day) and year-round indoor rec center with indoor pool and spa, pickleball, conference center, and more
Each townhome in the fourplex sleeps 12 in 3 bedrooms. There are three bedrooms on the second floor with full en suite bathroom.
Townhome 12 is slightly different from the other 3 bedroom townhomes in Building C and D. There is no queen murphy bed on the main floor and the third bedroom upstairs has 3 twin bunks (6 Twins Total) instead of 2 queens.

All rentals have access to our heated outdoor pool open Memorial Day-Labor Day and year-round indoor recreation center which includes pool and spa, three pickleball courts, ping pong, playground, conference room, and more.
Each condo has a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each condo has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked in the condo such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans.
We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.
We do not allow pets in this home.

All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of check in will incur the entire cost of the stay. All cancellations must be made by email at waterdance@bearlake.com.

Great stay in a great/quiet community! Close to restaurants and groceries and lake access isn’t far. House was clean and had everything we needed for our family. Would definitely recommend!
Fun for the whole family. Beautiful property. Fun pools and playground. Close to everything. Responsive host. Overall, great place ro stay.
Absolutely blown away by how clean this place was. The townhome itself had a large open kitchen and living room that was very inviting. The bedrooms with attached bathrooms were a definite plus for my family. We enjoyed the pool area daily. Very clean around the pool and other grounds. Volleyball net and other outdoor rec activities were nice. Other guests were friendly and respectful of property. Family friendly environment. We will stay here again for sure!

This place was amazing! We would recommend to anyone anytime! The customer service was very exceptional! We texted the owner and things were taken care of almost immeduately. The amenities were great! We loved the pool and hot tub! The beds were very comfortable! And the location was within walking distance to so many things.
The place is amazing. Its super close to town so you can walk to everything! The pool is perfect for families! We will definitely return to this location!
Very well taken care of and had all the amenities you'd expect. Kids loved the pool more than the lake and beach. super fun, no issues with sleeping 5 kids, and plenty of room for the adults to hang out after kids go to bed. Awesome location by all the good places to eat. Would recommend if you're looking to visit Bear Lake or use it as a home base for another adventure.
Great location in Garden city. Close enough to walk to all the best restaurants. It was great to have the pool and splash pad close by and accessible
