New Townhome 23 at Waterdance sleeps 16, 4 Bed, 4.5 Bath with access to the community pool(May-Sept) and year-round indoor pool & recreation center with pickleball, playground, more!
Can be combined with G, 24 to sleep 32. Both units are identical.
Close to pools, beaches, restaurants, and shops with year-round access to the indoor pool/spa and Summer access to the outdoor pool!
Waterdance Bldg G, unit 23 sleeps 16 in 4 bedrooms. There is 1 master bedroom on the main floor with full en suite bathroom. The main floor has one queen sofa sleeper in the main living room. The second floor has two bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each and attached bathroom in each bedroom. There is another bedroom on the second floor with 2 twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total) and a small playroom.

Second Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
Third Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4

Can be combined with unit 24 in building G to sleep a total of 32.
Each home has a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked in the condo such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans.
We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.
We do not allow pets in this home.

All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of check in will incur the entire cost of the stay. All cancellations must be made by email at waterdance@bearlake.com.

Waterdance was an amazing place! Our family enjoyed the Holiday spending it at “home” away from home. We enjoyed the recreation center everyday. The pool, pickleball courts, bounce house were a hit with the whole family. The home was immaculate. Each room was comfortable and clean. The host was very responsive. Adam provided clear instructions on how to check in (and check out). We will definitely be returning for future visits. Thank you Adam!

A fantastic way to see Bear Lake! Everything was in great condition and a wonderful setup.
Great Stay. We had 3 families stay here and everyone had plenty of room. We loved having private bathrooms attached to each bedroom. The pool was also very fun!
Newer development in a great location, the house was well stocked and the kids loved the pool area. Would stay here again!

Adam was wonderful! He was easy to get a hold of and responded promptly. The home was beautiful and comfortable, it had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

This place was amazing! We would recommend to anyone anytime! The customer service was very exceptional! We texted the owner and things were taken care of almost immeduately. The place is amazing. Its super close to town so you can walk to everything! The pool is perfect for families! We will definitely return to this location!
Very well taken care of and had all the amenities you'd expect. Kids loved the pool more than the lake and beach. super fun, no issues with sleeping 5 kids, and plenty of room for the adults to hang out after kids go to bed. Awesome location by all the good places to eat. Would recommend if you're looking to visit Bear Lake or use it as a home base for another adventure.
Great location in Garden city. Close enough to walk to all the best restaurants. It was great to have the pool and splash pad close by and accessible
