Brand new Townhome 29 at Waterdance in the center of Garden City. Stay warm all winter long with the year-round indoor pool and rec center with pickleball, playground, ping pong and more. Heated outdoor pool(May-Sept). Connect to 30 to sleep 24.
Brand new townhome at the Waterdance development in the center of Garden City. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and shake shops and the Garden City beach is a short 10 minute walk away.
There are three bedrooms on the second floor with full en suite bathroom.
Master Bedroom: Second Floor - King Bed, ensuite bath - Sleeps 2
Second Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
Third Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
Common Area Living Room: Main Floor - Queen Sofa Sleeper - Sleeps 2
Can be connected to Townhome 30 to double the space.
All rentals have access to our outdoor pool(open Mid May-Mid September) and year-round indoor recreation center with indoor pool, hot tub, pickleball, and more.
Each condo has a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each condo has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked in the condo such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans.
We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.
We do not allow pets in this home.

All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of check in will incur the entire cost of the stay. All cancellations must be made by email at waterdance@bearlake.com.

Effective layout with 3 bedrooms and attached bathrooms. Centrally located in Garden City, providing easy access to restaurants, the Marina and Ideal Beach! Onsite amenities were great for little children. Only negative (minor) was the internet speed. Luckily we were on the water most of the day so it didn't bother us too much. 🙂
Super clean and spacious. Beds were so comfortable. Adam was super helpful in getting us in a little early and answered our requests super fast!!!
Great stay at a beautiful, big, clean condo. Amazing amenities; Indoor swimming pool, rec center with tons of fun for kids. Close to great restaurants and a short walk to town. Adam was excellent and super helpful. Would most definitely stay there again. 10/10

This was a fantastic place to take our kids! We had plenty of comfortable space for all six kids to sleep, eat and watch the movies and shows they wanted. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and there were lots of other fun indoor activities to do as well! It was so nice that we didn’t have to spend a lot of time in the snow and cold! And Mike’s grocery store was super close and had everything we could need! We will definitely be coming back!

The townhouse was beautiful, clean, and the kitchen well stocked. We used the indoor pool and activities every day, we absolutely loved it!
We had some communication at booking that went unanswered, and at check in the code we were given didn’t work. But when I called at check in he answered right away and we got inside within a couple minutes. The only real downside for us was check out. It is 10 am sharp and the list of required things to do before you leave is a lot on top of just packing to leave. Kind of made the end of our lovely weekend stressful.
The place is very very clean , well appointed and has everything you need. I’m sad to report the dryer didn’t work though

The communication, apartment quality, and everything about our experience was fantastic. We booked the apartment knowing that it was still under construction, but because of the great reviews we proceeded with our plans. The unit was basically brand new and we couldn't have been more pleased. It was well equipped and the comfort was exceptional. This was much better than expected!
We loved the brand new condo and the best part was the pool. There is a splash pad, water fall, water slide, hot tub and basketball hoop. Great grass area to play on and plenty of outdoor seating. We loved it.
We had such a great time at this condo! Amazing place to stay, our family loved it!
