Fourplex building J at Waterdance, townhome 36 sleeps 16 with access to the community pool(May-Sept) and recreation center with indoor pool, hot tub, ping pong, playground, and pickleball.
Can be combined with J, 37 to sleep 32. Both are identical.
Waterdance Bldg J, 36 sleeps 16 in 4 bedrooms. There is 1 master bedroom on the main floor with full en suite bathroom. The main floor has one queen sofa sleeper in the main living room. The second floor has two bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each and attached bathroom. There is another bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total) and a small playroom.

Second Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
Third Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4

Can be combined with unit 37 in building J to sleep a total of 32.
All rentals have access to our outdoor pool(open Mid May-Mid September) and year-round indoor recreation center with indoor pool, hot tub, pickleball, and more.
Each home has a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked in the condo such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans.
We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.
We do not allow pets in this home.

All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of check in will incur the entire cost of the stay. All cancellations must be made by email at waterdance@bearlake.com.

This place was really clean and roomy, with lots to do for the little ones from 1year old to us old grandparents. Between Pickleball, bounce y house to swimming, it really was comfortable and super fun! The managers were pleasant and quick to respond to any questions or needs. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
The house was in perfect condition and so clean. Every item we needed was thought of such as; extra paper towels, linens, and laundry soap.
The bunk room had an adorable play set for the littles. It was such a cute surprise.
Adam was able to accommodate an early checkin and late check out. He responded to my questions pleasantly even when he had given me the answer in a previous message.
The amenities were just a short walk and had a number of things for both adults and kids to do.
Lots of good food close by as well.
We will definitely be staying here again next year.

The place is amazing. Its super close to town so you can walk to everything! The pool is perfect for families! We will definitely return to this location!
Very well taken care of and had all the amenities you'd expect. Kids loved the pool more than the lake and beach. super fun, no issues with sleeping 5 kids, and plenty of room for the adults to hang out after kids go to bed. Awesome location by all the good places to eat. Would recommend if you're looking to visit Bear Lake or use it as a home base for another adventure.
Great location in Garden city. Close enough to walk to all the best restaurants. It was great to have the pool and splash pad close by and accessible
