Brand new Townhome 42 at Waterdance in the center of Garden City. Stay warm all year with indoor pool and rec center with pickleball, playground, ping pong and more as well as our heated outdoor pool(May-Sept). Can connect to 43 to sleep 24.
Brand new townhome at the Waterdance development in the center of Garden City. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and shake shops and the Garden City beach is a short 10 minute walk away.
There are three bedrooms on the second floor with full en suite bathroom.
Master Bedroom: Second Floor - King Bed, ensuite bath - Sleeps 2
Second Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
Third Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
Common Area Living Room: Main Floor - Queen Sofa Sleeper - Sleeps 2
Can be connected to Townhome 43 to double the space.

All rentals have access to our outdoor pool(open Mid May-Mid September) and year-round indoor recreation center with indoor pool, hot tub, pickleball, and more.
Each condo has a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each condo has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked in the condo such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans.
We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.
We do not allow pets in this home.

All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of check in will incur the entire cost of the stay. All cancellations must be made by email at waterdance@bearlake.com.

What a great stay! Love that the property is close to everything
Adam was responsive and a great spot for a family!
The townhouse was very clean, the clubhouse and pools kept the kids busy. We look forward to staying here again.
Our stay was great!! Check-in and check-out instructions were communicated well in advance and were very straight forward. There were 12 of us and the accommodations were great. This place was extremely clean (practically brand new). It is very close to restaurants and the grocery store in Garden City. We spent most of our time at Rendevous Beach and is about 8 miles miles south. The kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook the meals we needed for our family. Overall great place to stay and would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. The resort housing was ideal. The amenities within the Waterdance community was awesome. We stayed over the 4th of July and were in a prime spot to watch the city firework show from the front porch. All bedrooms had adjustable beds and a fireplace for your comfort. We will be coming back for sure. I highly recommend it as a place to stay in Garden City.
This was our second time coming to water dance properties, first time was on 2020 and there weren’t as many property units yet. But since we had a great experience the first time we decided to go back, and stay at those properties again. This time with more family members, each family rented out an unit and Adam was able to rent us the four adjoining houses and that worked out perfectly for everyone because we all could gather up outside for a BBQ or so. The houses are very new and the beds are comfy. It really helps that the property has an indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool. The recreational center is also a big plus. We had a wonderful time and we are definitely coming back next year or so, I’m also definitely recommending this place to friends and family. Thank you Adam.

The townhouse was beautiful, clean, and the kitchen well stocked. We used the indoor pool and activities every day, we absolutely loved it!
We had some communication at booking that went unanswered, and at check in the code we were given didn’t work. But when I called at check in he answered right away and we got inside within a couple minutes. The only real downside for us was check out. It is 10 am sharp and the list of required things to do before you leave is a lot on top of just packing to leave. Kind of made the end of our lovely weekend stressful.
The place is very very clean , well appointed and has everything you need. I’m sad to report the dryer didn’t work though

The communication, apartment quality, and everything about our experience was fantastic. We booked the apartment knowing that it was still under construction, but because of the great reviews we proceeded with our plans. The unit was basically brand new and we couldn't have been more pleased. It was well equipped and the comfort was exceptional. This was much better than expected!
We loved the brand new condo and the best part was the pool. There is a splash pad, water fall, water slide, hot tub and basketball hoop. Great grass area to play on and plenty of outdoor seating. We loved it.
We had such a great time at this condo! Amazing place to stay, our family loved it!
