Brand new Townhome 43 at Waterdance in the center of Garden City. Stay warm all winter long with the year-round indoor pool and rec center with pickleball, playground, ping pong and more. Heated outdoor pool(May-Sept). Connect to 42 to sleep 24.
Brand new townhome at the Waterdance development in the center of Garden City. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and shake shops and the Garden City beach is a short 10 minute walk away.
There are three bedrooms on the second floor with full en suite bathroom.
Master Bedroom: Second Floor - King Bed, ensuite bath - Sleeps 2
Second Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
Third Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
Common Area Living Room: Main Floor - Queen Sofa Sleeper - Sleeps 2
Can be connected to Townhome 42 to double the space.
All rentals have access to our outdoor pool(open Mid May-Mid September) and year-round indoor recreation center with indoor pool, hot tub, pickleball, and more.
Each condo has a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each condo has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked in the condo such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans.
We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.
We do not allow pets in this home.

All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of check in will incur the entire cost of the stay. All cancellations must be made by email at waterdance@bearlake.com.

The house, amenities and location were perfect. The pools, play area, and open space were great after spending time at the lake.
Each bedroom came with their own bathroom which made the whole stay even better. We would definitely book there again.
Great stay! Close to everything you need.
The floors in the kitchen weren’t swept when we got there and we found some earwigs (but that’s normal with new construction!). Great location, our host was amazing! For two days, it was a little pricey but it is the height of summer. For the price we paid and the cleaning fee we shouldn’t have had to strip the beds and put everything downstairs. The pools and the playground was awesome! The bbq and the fire pit (all piped to the gas from the house!!) were so nice!! All in all, beautiful place and would stay again.
I had a great stay, the only problem was we had a hard time turning on the master bedroom, and someone quickly came to help us which was great
This is our second time staying at Waterdance because we love it so much! Close to restaurants, clean, spacious, and the amenities take the cake! Two pools, and indoor play area that all ages love.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay. We had a baby up to a senior citizen. It was clean, roomy and the pools and kids play area were great. A bonus was the little gas fire pit out the back. I would definitely stay there again. My only issues were the forks and spoons were huge. If you have small kids, bring some utensils and plastic or paper plates for them to use. We loved this place!!!
This was our family’s first visit to Bear Lake. This is a great location. There are many restaurants and treats within walking distance. Plenty of parking even for those coming with toys. The house had everything we needed. The pool and rec area are awesome for the family too.
WOW-AMAZING everything we thought it would be and then some! Lots of room, EVERYTHING you need, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom. We had 12 people and we had more than enough! Plenty to do. I would definitely stay here again.

The townhouse was beautiful, clean, and the kitchen well stocked. We used the indoor pool and activities every day, we absolutely loved it!
We had some communication at booking that went unanswered, and at check in the code we were given didn’t work. But when I called at check in he answered right away and we got inside within a couple minutes. The only real downside for us was check out. It is 10 am sharp and the list of required things to do before you leave is a lot on top of just packing to leave. Kind of made the end of our lovely weekend stressful.
The place is very very clean , well appointed and has everything you need. I’m sad to report the dryer didn’t work though

The communication, apartment quality, and everything about our experience was fantastic. We booked the apartment knowing that it was still under construction, but because of the great reviews we proceeded with our plans. The unit was basically brand new and we couldn't have been more pleased. It was well equipped and the comfort was exceptional. This was much better than expected!
We loved the brand new condo and the best part was the pool. There is a splash pad, water fall, water slide, hot tub and basketball hoop. Great grass area to play on and plenty of outdoor seating. We loved it.
We had such a great time at this condo! Amazing place to stay, our family loved it!
