Brand new Townhome 47 at Waterdance in the center of Garden City. Stay warm all winter long with the year-round indoor pool and rec center with pickleball, playground, ping pong and more. Heated outdoor pool(May-Sept). Connect to 46 to sleep 24.
Brand new townhome at the Waterdance development in the center of Garden City. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and shake shops and the Garden City beach is a short 10 minute walk away.
There are three bedrooms on the second floor with full en suite bathroom.
Master Bedroom: Second Floor - King Bed, ensuite bath - Sleeps 2
Second Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
Third Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
Common Area Living Room: Main Floor - Queen Sofa Sleeper - Sleeps 2
Can be connected to Townhome 46 to double the space.
All rentals have access to our heated outdoor pool(open May-September) and year-round indoor recreation center with indoor pool, conference room, playground, pickleball, ping pong, and more.
Each condo has a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each condo has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked in the condo such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans.
We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.
We do not allow pets in this home.

All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of check in will incur the entire cost of the stay. All cancellations must be made by email at waterdance@bearlake.com.

We had a great time!! Very spacious home and the kitchen is amazing. Plenty of room for everyone.
This was the perfect place in winter with kids!!!! Seriously we had so much fun and I am super picky about cleanliness and this place felt brand new.
Staff was so kind and helpful when I needed it.
Marina, beach, small town grocery store, restaurants and coffee shop are all so close!!
Bear lake was so beautiful for our thanksgiving week!
We really enjoyed our stay. The amenities made the stay! Our 5 year old and 2 year old loved the pool. The slide was a huge hit and the adults enjoyed the warm water temperatures. This place makes bear lake fun even when it was to cold to enjoy the lake. We walked to coffee and to raspberry shakes. The beds are nice and the place was stocked with everything you could need. We can’t wait to come back.
We loved staying here with friends! We played hours and hours of pickle ball and swam a lot. Within walking distance to the restaurants. The kids loved the bounce house, playground, and all the games available at the clubhouse.
The only drawback was that they had recently put sod in the backyard area and the water drainage isn’t great so it was really swampy on the grass and not a usable space to play. Hopefully that’s resolved soon.
The unit was very clean, beds were awesome. Plenty of space to park our boat as well. Everything looked great!
We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone wanting to visit bear lake!

The waterdance community is brand new and the units are very nice. This one had everything you needed to cook a nice meal and everything was nicely organized and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we got good sleep. The community is walkable to businesses in garden city. One consideration for this unit is that there are no downstairs bedrooms except for common area sleeping so if there is anyone elderly or struggles with stairs, this unit may not be the best but it’s great for younger active families! Awesome pool complex. Heads up, there is a neighborhood cat that will come right in the door if opened but she can be lured out of the house with food.
Great location and great place! Comfortable furniture and beds! The kids loved the pool and rec area! Will definitely stay again!
The townhouse was beautiful, clean, and the kitchen well stocked. We used the indoor pool and activities every day, we absolutely loved it!
We had some communication at booking that went unanswered, and at check in the code we were given didn’t work. But when I called at check in he answered right away and we got inside within a couple minutes. The only real downside for us was check out. It is 10 am sharp and the list of required things to do before you leave is a lot on top of just packing to leave. Kind of made the end of our lovely weekend stressful.
The place is very very clean , well appointed and has everything you need. I’m sad to report the dryer didn’t work though

The communication, apartment quality, and everything about our experience was fantastic. We booked the apartment knowing that it was still under construction, but because of the great reviews we proceeded with our plans. The unit was basically brand new and we couldn't have been more pleased. It was well equipped and the comfort was exceptional. This was much better than expected!
We loved the brand new condo and the best part was the pool. There is a splash pad, water fall, water slide, hot tub and basketball hoop. Great grass area to play on and plenty of outdoor seating. We loved it.
We had such a great time at this condo! Amazing place to stay, our family loved it!
